A little about me…I grew up in Provo, graduated from BYU, and always loved the older homes south of campus. In fact, the first home I bought was a little duplex that I fixed up, and that ended up being a great investment.
While most agents concentrate on getting listings, I prefer to work as a buying agent, helping people find the perfect investment. I’ve been through almost every multi-unit in the valley, and I know a good deal when I see it. I also know what to watch out for. Not all agents are the same. In this unique market, you need to find an agent who: is available and answers their phone, who understands zoning, occupancy, and rental licensing requirements, and an agent who can negotiate and write a contract that protects both parties.
